最近因為腳受傷打了石膏,無法做正常的運動,相較於之前好動愛運動的我,覺得快要窒息了!一個月前開始做做這個鍛鍊手臂的運動~感覺還不錯,手臂有變得均勻健康些,身體也舒服多了。
